Delivery Information

All products on this web site can be delivered within a 10 mile radius of Cambridge with the exception of The Eden’s Collection, Wedding and Conference Flowers which will be by prior agreement with us.

Please give us correct contact details and as much helpful information as possible regarding the delivery.  Our delivery driver will refer to your information.

We aim to deliver between the hours of 10.00 to 17.00 Monday to Friday and 10.00-15.00 Saturdays.  Occasionally, traffic conditions are beyond our control so please be patient with us.

Can we deliver the item you require and on the day you require?

Before you placing your order please check product and delivery availability for the service you require.

The Eden’s Collection, Weddings and Conference flowers can be delivered outside the 10 mile radius but only by prior arrangement.

Order your product before 12.00 noon on the previous Eden’s Working Day for our free delivery service between the hours of 10.00 and 17.00pm on the following working day.  If products are ordered on Saturday after 12 noon this will be the following Monday and in the event of a Bank Holiday on the day following the end of the official Bank Holiday so please be sure to check our delivery schedule.

Only one delivery attempt will be made so please give the correct

delivery address with postcode and as much additional information as you can.

By law we require proof of receipt by a signature so please make sure the recipient or a neighbour will be in to receive and sign for the delivery.  For re-delivery our standard £6.95 delivery charge will apply.

Eden's standard Delivery Charge is £6.95.  Your product will be delivered between the hours of 10.00 and 17.00 pm.

Specified am or pm deliveries will incurr a £3.00 supplementary charge.

For next day delivery orders must be received by 12 noon previous day.

We aim to deliver anytime between 10.00 and 17.00 hours.  No delivery times can be guaranteed.

Evenings/Weekends/“After Hours” Deliveries

By prior arrangement.  “Out of hours rates” will apply.

You will be notified once your delivery has been made. (Delivery driver to do this).

If your order has been left with a neighbour then our calling card will be place in the letterbox of the delivery address to confirm that we have made a delivery.

We reserve the right to contact the recipient using the details on your Order Form should we have a delivery problem.

In case of delivery to locations where a third party is involved, i.e. offices, hospitals, airports, hotels and any other business locations, the signature of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient.

We regret that where goods have been correctly delivered to the address you have given us we cannot accept responsibility if the intended recipient has moved elsewhere, or is away. Your order will be returned to our premises and you will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.  A £6.95 re-delivery charge will apply.

We do not deliver on Sundays or UK Public Holidays, except for Mothering Sunday and Valentine’s Day.
